School Health Services

Community Health Nurses work in partnership with schools and promote healthy development and wellbeing, so children can reach their full potential at school  Our role focuses on school readiness, and providing support for families, carers and children.

Community Health Nurses can act as a health contact point for children and their families provide information and resources, parenting programs, health assessment, health counselling and referral to our Healthy Country Kids child development services if needed. All services are free and confidential.
