Programs
Embracing Tablet Technologies
The school is investing heavily in upgrading infrastructure and resources so that it can embrace tablet technology with children in the classroom. All classrooms have an Interactive Whiteboard and a group set of iPads.

Science of Reading
With a focus on comprehension and fluency, all students are supported by their classroom teachers and trained education assistants to improve their reading. Students are grouped according to reading ability, so progress can be tracked and all students catered for daily.

Instrumental Music
With links to Busselton SHS a visiting teacher provides instruction in wind instruments each week for students in Year 5 and 6. Students are offered places at the end of Year 4 and if they accept they are expected to commit to continued studies in this area from Year 5 into high school.

Little Dolphin 0-4 Early Learning Program
The school hosts a play group on Fridays (9-11am) in our Kaaka Baaka room. These are voluntary groups with the school providing venue and resources as support.

Physical Education (PE) Specialist Classes
All of our Kindergarten to Year 6 students participate in weekly Physical Education lessons that are facilitated by a PE Specialist Teacher. Students enjoy representing our school at a variety of Interschool Sporting events throughout the year. Swimming lessons for Year 1-6 occur in Term 1 with lessons held at the beach. Pre-primary lessons are held in Term 4 at the Geographe Leisure Centre.

Positive Behaviour Support
PBS is a framework for implementing whole school approaches and strategies based on evidenced data to support positive student and staff behaviour.
